Of Greensburg, formerly of Rankin at age 88 past away peacefully on May 24, 2018. Known to many as "Big Jack" A Man and His Music. Husband of the late Anna (Russo) Chulick. Son of the late John and Josephine (Pericak) Chulick. Beloved father of Christine (Chulick) Eng, son in law Harry. Dear grandfather of Lauren (Chulick) Eng. Brother of Florence (Bernie) Queen. Also many nieces and nephews and long time companion of Arlene.
