Martin Edward Hornak

Martin Edward Hornak, age 90, formerly of Forest Hills, passed away on Monday, September 13, 2021.  He was born in Braddock, PA to the late Francis and Elizabeth (Marton) Hornak.  He was the beloved husband of the late Cynthia Hornak.  Dear father of Jeffrey (Kelly) Hornak, Jody (Wendy) Hornak, Michael (Karen) Hornak, David Hornak, Deborah Hornak, and Nancy Hornak.  Loving grandfather of Anthony, Dena, David, Elizabeth, Joseph, Ryan, and Vincent.  Great grandfather of Addison, Brooklyn, and Charlotte.  Martin was preceded in death by his sister Betty Hornak and his brothers  Frank, George, Larry, Leonard, Ray, and Vince Hornak.  Marty was a member of Christ Lutheran Church.  A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday October 9, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Christ Lutheran Church, 400 Barclay Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA  15221 with Pastor Ronald Breight officiating.  Arrangements are entrusted to the Robert P.
